“Parking was ok. Bed was ok. Location was good. The facilities were very poor, not particularly clean and the reception stunk of cigarettes. The amenities consisted of a small plastic bowl, 2 spoons, one teaspoon and two knives and forks. No cooking utensils or sharp knife. No laundry facilities and despite putting our please clean our room sign out, we had nothing done and dirty towels still in the bathroom. Air conditioning didn't work. The place would have been ok in Vietnam or Cambodia but...

“Stayed in Studio 11, beautiful views from the huge balcony, super spacious studio, well kitted out with cutlery, bowls, etc. Just a great place to spend a few days and base yourself to explore the area around Aireys Inlet. Highly recommend. ”
